GIN’s focus lies in strategy and finance. It supports its partners in developing the strategy for growth or entering new markets. It makes sure the needed funding gets secured, so that developed bankable business models also function in the real world, with all its challenges and boundaries. GIN stays involved during the development, construction and operation of a project, it innovates, adapts and improves its strategies during all stages. GIN does this only in sectors and markets it knows well and where it has a long standing experience in. At the same time it is keen to explore the world together with its partners by entering new countries and taking up new challenges.
Public Private Partnership
One of the criteria for GIN to involve itself in international projects is that the project is part of a public private partnership between governments of the host country and the country of origin of the company that is developing the project. It offers the stakeholders of the projects extra diplomatic cover, it puts projects in an international spotlight, and it opens doors for the host country to create value for the communities it serves.
